Allie Parson Stylist-Owner Allie Parson is the owner and stylist of Emerald and Opal Salon and has been a stylist for over 12 years and in the beauty industry for over 17 years. She graduated from the University of Arizona with a degree in Communications and attended Paul Mitchell The School San Diego to become a cosmetologist. Allie has built her career over the past 12 years in specializing in blondes and becoming two times certified in hand-tied extensions. Allie is excited to bring a new form of relaxation to Tucson in offering the new viral Japanese Scalp Treatments.Business Hours

A 75% non refundable non transferable cancellation fee will be required to pay if cancelled or rescheduled within the 24 hour period.
A no call no show will require a 100% payment of the total service booked. And will not be rescheduled
